We Sold Our House

And I'm thinking I'm supposed to be happy about it.

We got exactly the price we wanted and exactly the terms we wanted. Because if we hadn't we wouldn't have accepted the offer because you know, we've got a bit much going on over what with the imminent birth of Ms. P, which is short for Ms. Princess.

Anyhoo.

I'm actually pretty stressed out because it means we will have to find somewhere else to live by January 10.

Ouch.

Whether that is something we buy or rent remains to be seen. But just the thought of trying to look for a house with a newborn seems daunting. And I've already had lots of daunting things to overcome lately, and I'm just tired of overcoming things, you know? I just want to have everything handed to me on a silver platter, with absolutely no effort on my part.

Universe, are you listening?

You've had a BIG year this year. I hope 2010 is an easier one for you. Keep trying to look at the positives in your life :) I didn't know you were having a Ms. P. Girl stuff is FUN! My baby is going to be 15 on Thurs. Sigh I'm trying to see the positive in that ;)

Can I just say a big UGH for you?
I hear yea about the silver platter. For being someone as controlling as myself, I am handing so much over to my husband to deal with because I am beyond my limit with just pregnancy and work.

I'm excited for you that you sold your house and got what you were asking for. But UGH about the looking for a place to live and more big decisions. Enough already right?

My husband has decided that we need to sell our place and just accept the lose and move on. Which means renting for a few years. Now, if only we can agree on where to move.

With everything you went through this year, I'm just glad that you're doing OK and that you are about to welcome a new addition to the family.

I'd hate to look for a house in your part of the world, too, but I'm sure that will work out as well.

Woo hoo for selling the house even if it means that you now actually have to vacate it and secure alternate lodgings. I am sure you will find something that fits your needs.
