Friday Poll

All right, I think it's pretty clear which way I lean politically.

But what about you? Are you planning on voting Democrat or Republican come November?

During this summer vacation, your Friday poll is the only way I know what day of the week it is.

Sorry, I don't have an answer to your question...my brain is using its vacation time before it loses it (apparently, it can't roll over into the next year).

I wish I didn't have to vote for either. That said I am leaning towards Republican. I worry that Obama would pull us out of Iraq way too face and leave a horrible mess over there. I am not thrilled that the war was started in the first place, but now that it has been we need to finish it right and make sure that there is a stable government in place.

I am voting unitarian because I am trying to give up meat. Actually I am dodging the question but let me put it this way. When I go to KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) I always get regular recipe. I like it, I have always liked it and I am comfortable with it. I prefer it. However if I get there and see that the regular recipe has been on the shelf too long and is starting to look dried out and flavorless I will get the extra crispy. So to answer your question, I am voting differently this year. How was that for an analogy?

Note: The terms dried up and extra crispy were not directed at any particular candidate so don't shoot me. They are merely terms I use to describe chicken.

I am voting for The One. The one who CAN lead. The One who focuses on what we can do and not what the Other One can't do. The One who isn't as brain dead as the current president.
