Recovering, Slowly

We have been sick, sick and then sick some more over here. We are in the running for the the official "House of Sickness" award from our local hospital. The worst part about it is that there is nothing that helps, no magic antiviral bullet that we can take. It's just trying to take it easy and not relapse, which is what happened to me the day after Christmas.

Oh yeah, my husband was a bit extravagant and got me a gift certificat to here. Whaddaya think, should I get a body massage, a mani and pedi, or a facial? I'm having a hard time choosing.

Get a massage and that's an order....hehehe..should make you feel better overall! I was the only
one in the house who got the sickness full force. Lucky me, but i am glad the kids weren't too bad. This virus lingers and lingers to no end. Now I only have a nasty cough much better than an aching body and all that mess

I'm so sorry you've been sick. We were both sick over Christmas as well. It's like being on the naughty list. :(

I'm thinking a snot-ectomy or perhaps a good anti viral scrubbing.

Hope you are feeling better soon babe. Being sick sucks.
It complete sucks to be sick. I'm so sorry!!! Especially at the holidays :( I hope you guys are feeling much better soon. I would get a massage. That would make me feel wonderful. My son got me a gift certificate for a massage so I plan on using it soon!

Happy New Year Gina!!

In our house, everyone finally got healthy (after a month of sickies) and then the snotty nieces and nephew came and 3 out of 4 of us are sick again! :( I hope you all feel better soon!!!

And, I vote for a massage. That's always my spa pampering choice. Enjoy!!!
Hope you all get better real soon! Glen Ivy is the BEST! My husband & I used to ditch work just to lay around the pool, float in the champagne pool & go in the mud bath - all that's free with the price of admission. But if you have a GC get a hot stone massage, you won't regret it!

Being sick sucks.

Get a full body massage. Then have someone carry you out and drive you home.

Ditto what Nance said, that's the ticket!

I hope you all start feeling better soon. There is something pretty nasty going around. Great gift from your hubs. I received something similar for Christmas. I can't wait to indulge!

Nice gift! Feel better soon chicky.
Love your new look. LOVE IT!

Hope you feel better...don't send your germies here, ok?

And...get a massage. If you have enough for a body wrap/scrub, I HIGHLY recomend it. I had one once where they wrapped me up like a baked potato after a body scrub. Heaven. Pure heaven.

So sorry you are sick, dear.

Great gift certificate, however. Get the works if it stretches that far.

Oh no! I hope you are all well soon. Sickness during the holidays is the worst. I absolutely loved massages when I used to get them every week. I would go for it. It's amazing to realize just how tensed up we are when we're going through the day. Either/or, enjoy it. You deserve it.

MASSSAGE! Though facials are marvelous as well. I liken pedis to Chinese torture....

May the curse be lifted from the House of Sickness.

I'd definitely go for the massage. You can get a mani/pedi anytime for cheap, facials involve a lot of rubbing on and off of mysterious creams that all feel and smell the same, but a massage...feels oh-so-goooood.

Definitely the massage.

Sorry you're sick. Us too. It must be making the rounds.

How odd, Gina. I just saw the above in my email (I get copies of comments sometimes when I remember to ask for them).
