A Bevy Of Answers

So here are quite a few interesting topic suggestions from Gina:

cheesy: your favorite celebrity boyfriend?

Hmmm, I tend to be not very discriminatory regarding celebrity boyfriends. There is no solid criteria for me, sometimes they don't even have to be good looking for me to have a mild crush on them. I have, at various times had crushes ranging from Michael Palin of Monty Python's Flying Circus (and if you have never checked out any of his travel series, I highly recommend them) to Micky Dolenz of the Monkees.

I have to say that if I were to pick anyone though, it would have to be a young Mel Gibson. Ok, yes, I must leave this topic as I am starting to drool onto the keyboard.

serious: do you believe in global warming?

I think more evidence points to it than not.

whimsical: are you a good witch? Or a bad witch?

I am a bad, bad witch.

touching:what is your favorite moment with Mr. Personality?

Oh my, out of all the moments with my son I have to pick one? I think overall my favorite moment with him is before bedtime. Bedtime is generally a happy time around here, as everyone has been fed, one person (at least) has been bathed, and it is time for bedtime storytime. He loves this ritual so much, and lately it has been making him much sleepier than it used to. At about the third book, he starts to get a bit glassy eyed, and so I make my voice softer and softer until I am finished. So I have this nice smelling, cuddly child who wishes me "Goodnight Mama, I love you," with hugs and kisses.

What's not to like about that?

changing the world:how do we get Jennifer Love Hewitt to quit acting?

Perhaps we could all go to a premiere or something and bludgeon her with some pillows while shouting at her that we all know she has no talent, and that we are staging an intervention for her compulsive attempts to regain the spotlight that deservedly left her oh-so-long ago.

And then we could stage an intervention for me and my propensity for long, run-on sentences. But I think they work, don't you?

As to Jennifer Love Hewitt, all we'd need to do is a mass distribution of the Barbie Exercise tape that featured her as a young teen. No one ever asks her about that tape, so I think she wishes it would disappear. It came out when I was pregnant with my second child in 1992. I would do the Jane Fonda pregnancy tape and my 3 year old would do the Barbie tape.

It's really rather creepy. They made a Barbie that moves it's joints and aerobicizes with a group of young girls in the background. She went by "Love" back then.

Oh the long run on sentences definitly work!

And Mickey Dolenz, yum. Finally a blogger of my own generation. ( you know, the "new generation, we've got something to say")

I have to go with Aidan Quinn, although I would arm wrestle Jen for Vince Vaughn anyday.

Here's a link to the Barbie video:

Oh my! I checked it out, and the front picture is a bit scary. But hey, it was 1991, so what can we expect? :)
